The two-acre stocked pond has monster catfish and bluegill. Our private seven-acre lake features trophy-sized largemouth and the half-mile of stream offers everything from catfish to trout. Deer, Turkeys, Bald Eagles, Turtles, Rabbits, Crayfish, and everything in between love to visit our beautiful 50-acre slice of heaven. You’ll love the natural and quiet surroundings that they all enjoy!

Buckeye Beach

Buckeye Beach is located adjacent to Sunset Springs Outdoor Resort in North Central Ohio. This 7 acre quarry lake features our amazing floating Aqua Park, 200′ zipline, kayaks, concession stand with ice cream and food, and so much more! Buckeye Beach is open Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend. Buckeye Beach is open to the public Thursday through Sunday!

All of our camping and cabin guests enjoy free admission to Buckeye Beach up to a family of four. Each additional guest is $10 per person.

Private Memberships are available to the general public beginning in 2026. Dues are $125 per person, $400 for a family of four, and $50 for each additional child, over 6. Private members only pay $10 per Aqua Park session!

Daily passes are now available to the general public Thursday through Sunday, call or text ahead to pre-book your session. Please call ahead for large group discounts for sport teams, birthday parties, corporate outings and family reunions. All daily passes for swimming will be $10 per-person from open to close, and $10 additional will receive a 2-hour session on the Aqua Park. Buckeye Beach public hours are Thursday 2pm-6pm, Friday through Saturday 12pm-6pm. Sunday 12pm-4pm and we are closed Monday through Wednesday.

The Sandbox at Buckeye Beach

The Sandbox at Buckeye Beach is open to the public Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Monday – Closed (open on holiday weekends)
Tuesday and Wednesday – Closed
Friday and Saturday 12pm-6pm
Sunday 12pm-4pm

Camp Store

The Camp Store is well-equipped with firewood, ice, and all camp supplies. Stop in for all of your camping, fishing, and swimming needs!

Please call or text office any supply needs or stop down at the Sandbox during off hours and we will get you what you need!

Park Amenities

Sunset Springs park amenities consist of a bathhouse that holds restrooms and showers, a playground, a laundry room, a shelter house, fishing, Gaga ball games, 50 acres of beautiful wildlife, and community events.

Storage

Winter storage is currently available for seasonal campers. Sunset Springs will also soon be offering boat and RV storage options to make your stay with us easier and more efficient. We enjoy hosting each and every one of you, whether you’re here for an extended stay or just for one night. We want to assist where we can and this addition will alleviate some stress, and hopefully keep you coming back!
